FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)Q. Is the lease a 12 month lease?A. Our leases are 12 month leases. For students, they typically run from August 01 to July 31. Q. What if I have never rented or have no credit rating?A. We require a guarantor for all of our tenants. Q. What is a guarantor?A. A person who will go on your lease with you and will guarantee to pay rent if you do not. This person should be someone who has an income and credit rating which meets our standards. Q. Does everyone living in the unit have to be on the lease?A. Yes. Each person must sign a lease and have their own guarantor. There are to be no living occupants at the unit that are not on the lease. Q. Do you require 1st and last months rent in advance?A. Upon signing a lease, we require last months rent cheque dated the day the lease is signed. We require first months rent when you move into the property. Upon move in, we require post dated rent cheques for the entire lease term. Q. How are viewings arranged?A. We are happy to show you our rental units 7 days/week. Anything can be arranged! Our number is (519) 521-9292 Q. What is offered with your Cleaning Service?A. Cleaning is completed bi-weekly. Deep cleaning is done in the kitchen and bathroom(s). Floors are cleaned and vacuumed.
